A Life That Matters
Most of us desire to have a life that matters. We aspire to make our world a better place as we reflect the character of God’s light in a very dark world.
Philemon 1:6 “that the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
As a born again saint of God we are not only saved, but we’re given gifts by the Spirit of God (Rom. 12, 1 Cor. 12 & 14). We need to know what our gift is but then we need to recognize and acknowledge it/them as well. That means we become fully aware of and appreciate our gift/gifts. Cultivating and developing our gift enables us to truly appreciate what we’ve been given.
Faith becomes more effective when we appreciate that Jesus Christ has set us free, has given us of His Spirit and dwells within us. Every gift operates at optimum when we recognize it.
You are gifted and equipped for an effective life that matters.
