Enduring Persecution

Christians are the number target of persecution at a global level, taking on different forms depending on the region of the world we live in.  For some it means their lives are threatened every day, losing their heads for the sake of Christ.  For others it takes on the form of political, economic or social persecution.

Escapism isn’t an option, isolation isn’t either.  How does one live their faith with authenticity?

1 Peter 4:19 Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator.

To endure persecution, commit ourselves to the Lord a new; anything less/else will not sustain us in such a season.

Come to think of it, this sounds like the best way to live life facing suffering for our faith or not!  He is FAITHFUL!  Let us remind one another of His goodness and faithfulness while we have opportunity, which is daily!
