Failure Isn’t Fatal or Final
Psalm 37:23, 24 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand.
Stumbles, trips and falls are inevitable for the saint; however they do not define or determine our lives; even if our stumbling occurs in the steps “ordered by the Lord”. Even falling can be redeemed by the Lord, because He not only has “ordered” our walk, but He takes pleasure or “delight” in our walk.
When those stumbles happen, He isn’t towering over us with condemnation; rather He’s bending over us to elevate us out of the muck and mire of failure.
Failure isn’t fatal or final! God has the last word!
