He Cares For You

Matthew 10:29-31 (NKJV) ²⁹ Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. ³⁰ But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. ³¹ Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

In the midst of this crisis I’ve continued to walk, following my normal exercise routine. I would encourage you to maintain or begin some type of exercise pattern.  There are great physical and mental benefits from a consistent exercise pattern.

While walking, early in the morning, EVERY DAY the birds are chirping and whistling their normal tunes.  It strikes me that they have no cares, concerns, worries, frets or stewing.  They continue functioning in the purpose for their creation.

You and I have a greater value in God’s creation than any bird.  Because of that value, we’re admonished to “do not fear” because “you are of more value than many sparrows.” Did you read that?   MORE value than MANY sparrows!
