See His Salvation

Psalm 50:23    Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; And to him who orders his conduct aright     I will show the salvation of God.

Most have no problem with praising God; we enjoy and are even exhilarated by praise.  The challenge is living righteously, obeying the Lord.  So often I find seeds of rebellion when it comes to walking in obedience.  Not with the things like thievery or murder. I find myself justifying anger, pushing beyond limits, cutting corners, not telling the whole truth.

Praise coupled with obedience results in liberation. And there’s nothing quite like the sweet taste of being free.  Being saved goes encompasses more than escaping eternal damnation; salvation, liberty is for life.
